PAGODA RED’s reclaimed beam tables were styled in a PROjECT Interiors West Loop loft for a Modern Luxury Interiors Chicago feature, then extended through editorial content and shoppable digital touchpoints.
A Modern Luxury Interiors collaboration that paired reclaimed PAGODA RED pieces with PROjECT Interiors’ signature contrast of glam and grit.

Solution
A content-led conversion path and six-month digital marketing plan for sustained discovery.
We framed the collaboration as a story about modern contrast: reclaimed beam tables bringing warmth, texture, and history to a lucite, marble, and metal West Loop loft. The supporting article featured perspectives from PROjECT Interiors, connected the editorial imagery to product links, and used surrounding email, SEO, and on-site touchpoints to turn design inspiration into deeper exploration of PAGODA RED’s Wabi Sabi collection and trade program. To carry the momentum forward, we created a six-month digital marketing plan with a clear content cadence and channel strategy. The roadmap outlined editorial storytelling, SEO themes, email campaigns, website popups, product-led content, and trade-focused outreach, giving PAGODA RED a repeatable system for extending visibility, nurturing interest, and driving discovery well beyond the initial feature.
Strategy
An editorial feature transformed into a richer discovery path for design lovers and trade professionals.
The collaboration connected Modern Luxury Interiors Chicago visibility with PAGODA RED’s owned editorial and shopping experience. Readers could move from the West Loop design story to reclaimed beam tables, heartwood stools, and additional Wabi Sabi pieces, while the trade-program invitation opened a clear next step for architects and interior designers.
